Titania silent-nerf/bug, opponents throwing specials often while intimidated

I have noticed recently that opponents are far more likely to use special attacks while under the effect of an intimidate debuff(s). It has never been a 100% guarantee, but has gone from probably a 1/20, to now a 1/2 chance for them to use a special attack. It is crucial to her rotation that she is able to spam heavies in the corner with the security of the intimidate, and has lead to countless occasions where I have died while using titania in both PvE and PvP. Is this happening to anyone else? thanks

I’ve noticed this a lot recently. Intimidate and Infuriate seem to almost do the opposite of what they’re supposed to do. Champions turtle up against Hercules and throw their specials immediately against Titania. It’s incredibly annoying.

Here we go again. It's not a silent nerf. It's likely a bug more could also just you feeling something is off and it's not.

Do you have any video footage of this? Can you go and document it? Can you easily replicate it?

Again, stop calling something a silent nerf with no evidence.

I'm not insinuating she was nerfed, that's why there is a slash in the title, I'm just saying it isn't impossible. As I stated, I can't just provide a single piece of evidence because it has always happened, just more frequently (in my experience) now. All I'm looking for is some consensus on whether or not other people are experiencing this issue, if you disagree there is no need to flame me. thanks

You're not insinuating. You're outright saying

Everything you said is fine. You can ask questions and you can state what you think is wrong but don't put silent nerf in your title and don't bring it up. For as many issues that Kabam has, silent nerfs are not one of them. In the games history, there's been on and that's Bishop.

You've pretty much answered yourself in your comment here. If you can't replicate it over and over, it's generally just your brain thinking something is off and there isn't anything wrong. You can't claim silent nerf if you don't have anything to back it up with.

I use Hercules often and it's never been that way with me.

Since you're singling out Titania, it might be worth noting that the potency of her intimidate debuff is only 33% or something and can still be messed with ability accuracy-wise, so it might not be doing what you think it's doing. Just because intimidate is on the opponent doesn't mean there's no chance of anything happening.

And how many times has Kabam decided to quietly change something about a champ many months (or sometimes over a year) after initial release, just because "it wasn't working as intended". Kabam does plenty of so called bug fixes which in the end, do result in a nerf to certain champions.
