Alright, little gist to this "issue": you accidentally push the AI to their SP3, because they love holding onto it so much, and when they launch it you know you're dead. So rather than watching the whole animation play out you choose to leave the fight but when you do guess what, you just get stuck in the loading screen.…

So I found out what it may have been! If you’re not logged into game center, that could have been causing it. No need to downgrade to iOS 12, I don’t have my account connected to game center but it let me log into my Kabam account once I was in the menu. Give it a try, hope it helps and works!

Having the same issue, I was able to play in the morning but after coming home from work the game never stops loading. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling but nothing. Hopefully there’s a solution soon? Don’t want to miss rewards!

Is it just me or is anyone getting extreme lag to the point of the game freezing? Or maybe infinite loading screens or crashing? Feel like it all began after the servers went down a few days ago..
