So now I am confused. I have both 5* Luke and yellow jacket. I ranked up Luke cage but still not sure of the correctness of my decision

Although some which I checked, Luke cage is a Demi god.

But on the tier list of champions they put Luke cage as a meh tier while yellow jacket is amazing tier
