Another issue that i just found with Magneto (MN) is at 10 persistent charges, the chance, off any hit to get a 10% prowess should be 50 %. Over 2 fights in Act 4 Chapter 4, a rhino and iron fist, he would not gain these prowess at all, only the 35% ones from heavy attacks

Yeah he would be awesome for long fights if the Proc chance was higher. 30% is just bs. So unreliable. Even if it was 100%, it wouldn’t make him op, as a lot of other champs can hit just as hard, if you made him as a lol killer, than follow through

Ok this may not be a bug as such but it is a real problem, now the compensation went out to those who were in modok lab when the servers went down. Save your t4. As they take a while to get and both of those options are pretty ordinary. I would only rank them up if you have nothing else and you t4 are in the overflow

Ws has some good damage now with his bleed and incinerate. And duped he can drain power.

Man they are trying there best. You can't expect them to be active 24/7. I'm sure they are trying there hardest to fix the issue. Hopefully it is resolved
