That makes sense. When I read the effect, I thought it meant that it does damage equal to 2.5% of the health of the champ it's inflicting. Thanks for clearing that up.

True enough. I just figured that if it's a bug, I might as well mention it. As an added bonus, anyone browsing the forums would be aware of this and not get wrecked by it if they aren't aware of that part of it.

A 4/40 4 star is roughly the same in terms of stats as a 2/35 5 star, and Hyperion is much more suited for quests then Miles. I would recommend Hyperion myself.
