Well I tired for 24hrs to get the offer enabled, nothing from your support team. I'm uninstalling the game, not that anyone cares.

😧 I'm sorry but we were told that it would be automatically activated, I shouldn't have to work this hard to get something that was offered so long ago. I sent a reply email to the support team and haven't heard back, so I sent the Google play screenshot as well. I'm just starting to accept that I'll miss out of the re-run…

Maybe it is just me, but this just seems like an excessive amount of time. You should really think about adding extra incentives in there since everyone else has already had a week to level and use their champions while we sit here and wait through no fault of our own.

Short answer. No. We've been waiting a week and it still hasn't happened. They already stated it would only be re-enabled for those affected by the units purchased problem.

That's not an answer. Are we going to have to re-purchase the items or are they going to be added to our accounts? If we have to re-purchase than you enabling the offers today does no good since the Google refund takes days.

That's nice, but like multiple people have said these offers are expiring and for me that means missing out on a 4 and 5* plus another 4 or 5. What are you going to do about this? IGN Ariik1

Any update from the staff on whether or not these offers will be extended? If not what kind of compensation are you going to do for the players who are missing out on these offers even though they purchased units specifically for this?

It's nice that you are looking at getting the paid items into our accounts, but the only reason I bought some units was for these offers. What are you going to do about that portion? In game name Ariik1
