OP gave plenty of info. I received the same email and it reads like two separate messages - claim your free Venom (no mention of the calendar) AND there will be a calendar where you get AntiVenom (no mention of getting Venom from the calendar).

I didn’t think it was happening after an sp2, but I honestly don’t remember. But I swear he never gets the unstoppable icon nor did it say it onscreen. Maybe a visual glitch or I ran in too quick and hit him and missed it. Thanks dude!

This is a silly argument. Doesn't matter if "this is how it was always done." At the end of the day, the message for us to "Claim your Legends Celebration Crystal NOW!" was sent incorrectly. So not a LIE, but a mistake. It's a DUMB mistake to be sure, and one that seems to happen a lot, but the outrage seems misplaced.
