• Its when you log into the game from a disconnect. It happened to my Mephisto in AW about a month ago. Log out and back in and you should be good to go. Did the trick for me.

• I'm noticing the same thing actually in AW... there not showing under Mephisto. Including 0 charges. No regeneration when health is getting low. . Did not Sp1 at all. Fought a Night crawler.
