  • I was surprised to discover that Civil Warrior is one of my best champions. I think he is consistently underrated, but has a ton of utility: 1) His Heal Block is incredible. You can apply it immediately with a heavy attack and then lock it by chaining specials, making matches like Wolverine, Iron Man or Deadpool a breeze.…
