You're right, but after 10 years it should be presentable, the battles should be unbugged, and it shouldn't look like the worst UI in any Mobile Game ever. And yeah, I did uninstall the game. The fact that yall defend it so blindly is actual NPC brain rot behavior.

Being unable to play the game? Because of issues the developers could and should have fixed by now? Because that's the definition and the usage here. Sure you can load the game and (eventually) load a Quest or fight. But fighting? You know, the entire gameplay mechanic? Unbalanced, bugged, and unplayable.
