  • I've submitted 2 seperate tickets on this issue, both have been closed. The second ticket I submitted asked about rewards, and compensation for the rewards missed because of their bug. The response was a generic, canned text "We've fixed the issue! This ticket will now be closed" Completely avoiding the compensation topic.…

  • I got an ultimate crystal, with a guaranteed 3*, 20% chance at a 4*... Guess what I got? This is NOT a gift... This is a slap in the face for someone who has been playing as long as I have. KABAM KNOCK IT OFF. IF YOU'RE GONNA GIVE FREE GIFTS, MAKE SURE THEY'RE NOT A SLAP IN THE FACE.
