reset I have an account that i dont use anymore thats only 2 weeks old and it received the 5 star calendar (but the account im using now is 13 days old and got nothing) so i dont think its how old the account is.

Yes, and i even check half an hour before the stream started, so I’ve sent a support ticket and just waiting on a response.

I didn't get mine i claimed then as soon as it allowed me to, then after the stream and when i went into the game there was nothing.
