Same thing happened to me a few days ago. Twice. Put in a ticket, got a friendly ‘sorry we can’t help you, but we’re looking into it’-reply and ticket was closed. Doubt anything will happen soon as this doesn’t seem a priority. Reluctant to open new crystals and have overflow expiring.
