Rewards for Act 4 aren't great? You get enough t2a to R4 a 5*. Even for end-game players, those are great rewards. Besides, if the rewards aren't great, why care about getting them sooner? By this logic, Kabam should halve the HP on enemies in RTTL, RoL, and LoL easy path. Not happening.

I would have dropped some serious units on a Tier 1 Alpha Cache. 50 T1a's for 3000 units would have been a lot better than these crummy cache offers. That said, I did purchase an Odin, and ended up with a Mystic gem. Score!
