Only on the daily, which is my point. I can reset daily objectives, but weekly aren’t on a timer or have a reset or abandon or something equivalent.

Ranking a 5* to r3 gets you an equivalent hero to a r5 4* and takes less resources overall. With how difficult resources are to get, why would you ever take a 4* to r5 unless you are forced to because of lack of 5* availability due to things like the new calendar and not letting conqueror level into Epic.
