I’m curious about this too. I’m in a retirement alliance. I was going to leave and join a full time alliance again after the ware season. Does this mean I have to move alliances before the war season is over if we want to be part of the gifting event?

Pretty great fail to get this month started. You release an announcement about this new event and tell us we need to update the app by 4pm the same day or we won’t be able to participate on the first day... like imagine if people had jobs and couldn’t update the app at work... wait that’s me and probably most people.…
