This is ridiculous, it’s over a week, we have all lost all the 4 hour crystal. Now there is a chance to get a 6* Johnny storm and because we are ‘fake’ or broken caveliars we are losing out on our earned chance. Fix this issue. How can you keep putting out offers that are should be eligible to purchase. Enough

I suggest if it’s not resolved soon, we simply escalate to apple or google as if you spent money purchasing units to help complete part of the game and didn’t get rewards then that is fraud. Surely by now we should have has an update, every 4 hours we are missing. A potential crystal. What is the point putting the effort and time if we don’t get our completion rewards. I agree we need compensation for the lost time and wasted uncollected crystals.
