@"Kabam Zibiit" why has it taken us raising 3 tickets for this to be investigated properly? Can you confirm it will actually be investigated this time and the questions raised in the ticket answered, rather than a generic copy and paste answer that doesn't help being given.

I've just raised a ticket for the third time about bring charged too much. I've asked them to tell me my previous glory balance and what I was charged, but that part of the ticket was ignored. Is there a further escalation path that can be taken?
