I use hulkling, red mags, and doom. They can take down the whole map, and also if you have her, gwenpool is great!

I would do Spider-Ham, Hulkling, or Kate Bishop, they will all help a lot in progression!

I personally would do ultron or lady deathstrike. But that is my preference and everyone's different, i would just do who you like using the most!
