I agree 100%, I understand the need for new champion and prestiege pays your bills but a champion like Valkyrie who was just released was only upgraded for prestige. It's one thing to have an older champ fall off the list ( Thor Rags) buts it's very unfair and frankly uncaring to players when you do this to newly released…

I agree 100% it just happened with us too. After creating multiple tickets we keep getting different answers and or support who are copying a d pasting blindly. Can you please have the team look into it. There is obviously a glitch here.
