I'd go for Wasp personally, Claire ONLY if you have suicides,if you go for sentinel you can do the variant, it's up to what you want to do really.

You got skill, it's obvious you put some cash in the game to help with the progress. You should try exploring act 7, I believe you're capable of doing it.
