Kabam, is this your sales strategy. Make the thronebreaker deals so good. get the youtubers to whale out on it and showcase to the cavs how good, getting what they want. and in turn think that will make the cavs spend even more to get thronebreaker title faster for the next round of deals?

Can't even start arena, network issue when selecting team. cant even rollback to a working version. sucks. The same network can load the game but cannot use this network to do arena. hmmm.

seriously database issue, isn;t database "dumb and dead". it does nothing neither does it know what to do with data except through the coding that tells the program what to do with the data in the database. database just stores data, and whether to store or where to store isn't it the coding thats tell it to do.

did i say to address it to my liking? they have to address how they are handling arena. 1.5 out of 3 days wasted. time spent on first day wasted thats all. and plain simple it needs addressing to.

kabam, you are not addressing how you are handling arena. totally can't do anything in arena, close to half day gone. what is done on the 1st day is wasted. how are you answering this. your answer of "It won't be until next week at the earliest" regarding compensation, is not solving the arena and the real lift time people…

what is the use of opening the game when all you can do is AQ. arena doesn't work. quest does't work. so basically THE GAME DOESN't work.

wow, take days to discuss compensation, while players have to use units to catch up on the lost time in arena with the hrs lost in recharge. nice biz move.

There should be a change of maintenance time, its been like that for years, affecting those in asia timezone the most. especially when it's a long maintenance. Ends up this group has to spend extra time in the night losing sleep to catch up. Some rotation should be done to be fair to others that are in other timezone.

normal quest is not so bad, pots for those are easier to get compare to alliance pots that cost more just to recover all this lost in health due to server crash. if is normal quest to me, i also wont really bother since there is no time limit to completing it unlike aq. but is aq now that's the main problem.

this is not just about arena only, aq is also affected. losing half health for nothing, and even losing the fight as well. maybe you are not doing aq or not having this problem like the rest of us. then lucky you.

kabam seriously has to come up with some form of rectification for this, wasted bc, arena wasted, aq wasted, pots wasted. what more does kabam want? spend more $$ to catch up when server is up for that 30mins to an hour?

giving a 30min time may be good to catch the lost time. but it doesn't help in the health lost for no reason , thanks to a server crash for taking the health away.

problem is how is kabam addressing the issue that we are losing fights in aq. when you win and thanks to kabam's crashing, you lose health instead, and pots have to be used instead to heal and fight the same fight when server is up and hopefully it doesnt crash again..

dont see any relation to 20 t4b in 1 day. just that downtime during now when aq and arena is going on, is penalising those that are awake now and cant even go in to do anything. and instead it gets extended later for these guys since the time the need to spend is now pushed back so means staying up later in the night…

i can even play when i am awake, so am i to stay up late becase arena aq all are unaccessible? 2 times in barely 3hrs and system is down is ridiculous going by server availability and standards.
