Hello, I have just purchased the cavalier and throne breaker daily specials. I have been charged through my bank, but I did not get the nexus crystals that I purchased. Can that please be fixed?

Hello, I have had a recent problem with my gold crystals saying they are giving me a certain amount of gold, but then actually getting much less to use. It is frustrating and this is not the only time this has occurred. I have screen shots showing this.
