I for one really appreciate that they took the time to organize and report this data as basis for their rebalancing. This is an unprecedented amount of data that they are sharing with the playerbase and I hope they continue to provide this kind of info when rebalancing characters. Thanks Kabam!

a year has 52 Thursdays, so in the current system we have 26 new champs a year. In the new system, we will get 2 new champs a month x 12 months, which means we are now down to a disappointing 24 champs a year instead of 26.

Right, which is why I'm asking for clarification. Before, being armor-break immune automatically extended to being armor-shatter immune. Is Bulwark still intended to protect against both kinds of debuffs? or will it only protect against regular armor break now?

Sure, but then there's also no good reason why armor break shuts down vibranium armor while armor shatter does not.

The issue is that in KM's abilities it is stated that his passive Vibranium armor is disabled if he is suffering from an armor break effect. It's naive to think that because AQ and AW are different game modes that they should not be compared. Champions are restricted to a single mode. Champs used in AW cannot be used in AQ and vice versa. Had this happen to an alliance mate too. I believe it has something to do with a buggy interaction between Corvus not taking damage from bleed/Sinister pausing debuff duration when charging heavy. If you notice, the KO happens right as the bleed debuff is expiring

That doesn't explain the lack of consistency. I did a fair amount of testing against WS. Sometimes, the Nova flames are working as intended and reducing block proficiency, but sometimes they aren't. I haven't been able to figure out from experimentation exactly what causes it, I've only noticed that it doesn't work…

Completely agree with the point about potions. L4 Alliance potion for 6000 health heals about half the health of a maxed 4*.
