What happened to the new solo event? Between AQ, arenas, emergency maintenance, and now failing to put up a new solo event, you are screwing us out of rewards

The 22hr event hero use expired a few hours ago and a new 22hr event hasn't come up.

I sent a help ticket in and there was a bug with the update, i guess. it has since been fixed and i received my rewards yesterday.

After the Crystaltopia challenge reset to the new versus challenge yesterday at 1pm (EST), i never received my rewards for completing all challenges. Is there an error in the game with the new update?
