No. Use some other tech champion that can use suicides well like Ghost or Sentinel.

Well why would you want to keep playing a game where they balance content around the strongest champions? We already went through this with 12.0 and it made the game better.

You can also just quit the fight as she is regening and finish her off with any other alive champion since she only triggers it at 20 charges.
