That’s happened to ne either when server crashed. I claimed 15k shards from 6th anniversary then claimed two crystals I was opening the first one and the net crashed during the rotate animation If crystals so I wait but the net doesn’t go back. I close the app and after a while once I could connect again I had only one 5*…
