The game team has resolved this issue. Keys will be distributed via in-game messages and the quest timer will be extended.
More information and timeline here.
*This includes currently unclaimable keys as well*
As previously announced, the team will be distributing an additional point toward milestones to anyone who completed the Absorbing Man fight in the first step of the Winter of Woe.
This point will be distributed at a later time as it requires the team to pull and analyze data.
The timeline has not been set, but work has started.

  • Yes, same exact thing happened to me a couple days ago. Treats it like you didn't finish the room and your champs are unavailable until timer refreshes.
  • at the very least they need to refresh any champs who were in play during an outage. Where's the logic in punishing us because they can't keep their servers online.
  • I'm pretty sure the contest isn't performing up to your standards. Just started a dungeon with my r4's. I think some refreshes are in order.
  • It's down again. Emergency maintenance. Maybe try a little harder to keep your game stable if you have co-op events that require completing a task in a set amount of time. Dungeons were a great idea, but they just expose how unstable this game is.
  • If you know there is an issue, and it's clear that it is having a pretty profound effect on game play, why wouldn't you push the patch through sooner? When Hyperion was activating willpower on cooldown, it caused emergency maintenance. It's only fair that you would apply the same logic to Modok parrying on the second hit…
