So can we talk about why Kabam has put the burden of identifying cheaters on the alliance instead of taking it on themselves?

If an entire alliance is penalized for the actions of one person, kabam should remove them from the alliance and give them a permanent ban.

Their judicial system has a complete lack of clarity. It does more than set our alliance back. It puts us at risk of losing members for fear of more of the same as we can't even get an answer to whether we are still at risk. Kabam Miike, Should I actually expect to receive customer service here? Normally I would just suck it up. But I literally paid cash for these resources today. Am I not even entitled to a genuine response from the company?

The problem isn't the maintenance. It is the obvious brush off of my request to be compensated for the money I lost today as a result of the unscheduled maintenance. As a paying customer I should be entitled to better customer service then a generic response and an instantly closed ticket. This kind of action destroys…
