Last update, the Kabam support restored my progression, but at the end i did not get the chest, but i am happy that i could have my path done.

After 3 tickets and almost 1 week of waiting there is still no fix from the support team.. that is really disappointing...

@Silverfang can you please let me know what have you talked with the support team? I made 3 tickets and still not get my progress restored or any of my resources.. I keep receiving the same copy, pasted response. It’s really frustrating to open tickets and all o got is a standard message...

The support response was just disrespectful, they told me that they know that the maintenance caused problems for some players but fix bigger problems. So that’s it and they feel sorry.

I got also message from support team, they wont do anything individually, so we all got some hours and resources gone for nothing.. maybe they will compensate, maybe... yeah, great game, great support! The DEV team is releasing a patch full of bugs they make an emergency maintenance and screw a lot of us. Or like it was…

Yes, it is not all about the resources, an abyss run takes a lot of time too, they really need to do something for us... That emergency maintenance was a chaos and made a lot of bad things to players progression.

I had the same problem, but i got kicked out from abyss, lol, i had 13 fights done.. i could not open a ticket because the choice the game button is bugged here...
