  • That's an extremely dumb reason, then.
  • I'm not on reddit and not even sure what that means but okay. Thanks for the vote of confidence on my clever wording. Anywho...
  • Thanks for the LOLs. Just the sort of constructive feedback I've come to expect from forum visitors here.
  • Some low-prestige champions like Ghost, Stark-Enhanced Spider-Man, X-23, StarLord, Dormammu, etc. may be underrepresented here as it's possible they were taken to rank 5 but don't show up in profiles now as they are someone's 5th or 6th highest-rated champion.
  • I think the 8 Thor Ragnaroks, 2 Phoenixes, 2 Goldpools, 1 Sentry (and perhaps Korg and Symbiote Supreme?) can be explained away as Prestige picks.
  • All the people who accuse others of whining sound awfully whiny. Anyway.. ::ignore:: ::ignore:: ::ignore:: okay back to the productive conversation...
  • I have completed it. And the difficulty level is fine. The relative level of difficulty has gone down. The relative value of the rewards has gone down. The relative cost in energy has gone up (as later content doesn't cost as much but energy max ceiling has remained the same)
  • I'm not asking for handouts or trying to make the game easier for myself. And everybody commenting here against the idea is making the same selfish argument: I did it so everyone else should have to. This isn't helpful or constructive. Try to think of the game and not just yourself. I'm just going to ignore all such…
  • And my grandpa did all of his mobile gaming by detaching the tin can from the string and throwing it at cats. If it was good enough for him it should be good enough for all these dang whipper snappers!
  • If they reduced energy costs for Act 4 from 3 to 2 then these would be the new energy costs to fully explore: 4.1: 2020 4.2: 2370 4.3: 2956 4.4: 2595 slightly less for 4.1 and 4.2 compared to 5.1 and 5.2. I imagine that 4.3 and 4.4 would still cost more. But this would be much more in line with a natural progression and…
  • Or maybe it lies somewhere between the two estimates we each gave. This is the best (incomplete) data I could find:
  • Well stated but I think it's even more extreme than what you state. Act 4 is very nearly double the total energy cost of Act 5. It should be less, not more, and certainly not double. If I had to guess at percentages I think it is more like 1% for Act 1, 3% for Act 2, 10% for Act 3, 30% for Act 5, and 56% for Act 4.
  • Do the people that come along to threads like these just assume that others are whining and trying to get handouts because that's the only reason that they would post themselves? This is the "suggestions and requests" forum. Used properly, it's the place where people who enjoy the game and would like to see it grow and do…
  • Some ignorant person spouting off like he knows what he's talking about when he doesn't, all while ineptly using the word "literally" in a context where it doesn't apply. You don't have to make this up because it happens all the time. Anyway thanks very much for your valuable contribution to the thread.
  • Act 5 is MUCH more difficult than Act 4. But in terms of energy cost it is literally about half as much if you count up all the paths. My suggestion would make energy costs more equitable maintaining the ramp up in both difficulty and energy costs from Act 1 through Act 5. I don't think it makes sense that Act 4 costs…
  • If a top tier player continues playing hard and spending like a whale it's still next to impossible to catch up because there is such a huge huge gap between awards for the top few alliances in AW and AQ and those at lower tiers. But it's not completely impossible, because it takes a lot more resources to grow at the top…
  • I've been playing for years and nobody is whining. So you're wrong about not being wrong.
  • It's not that Act 4 is too difficult. It's that when it was made it was the end of the game. There was nothing else to do after it so the game designers made it super long to keep people busy playing it a long time. The rewards at the time were far more valuable (4*s are not very important in an environment with 6*s) But…
  • I've fully explored Act 4 and completed Act 5 already. Now I'm making a constructive suggestion that would make sense, improve the game, and help newer players. I hope you have something else to do besides try to play amateur psychologist on the Internet.
  • Why is it there is such a high negative correlation between a poster's level of rudeness, smugness, and condescension... and the value, relevance and accuracy of their posts? It's like the more wrong you are, the more bold you get in expressing that wrong opinion. Nobody is whining here. We have a few thoughtful people…
  • No not really. I've played with a total of 6 different accounts started at various times. I only fully explored Act 4 with 2 of them. Act 4 is so long and so tedious, and summoner development has accelerated so much in other ways and in other parts of the game, that what happens is you rapidly get to Act 4 but after…
  • Yes there was a period during Summoner Appreciation events when energy was reduced. But I don't see why they couldn't make it permanent. I anticipated the "it's not fair" argument... but with respect I feel this doesn't make sense. The game is constantly evolving. Yes, it might have taken you six months or a year to fully…
  • given the current (broken) system, in a very large active alliance, that might be preferable to what we've currently got. But my proposals above would be even better.
  • Another thing that would be helpful is to have a timer displayed by the champs that are boosted indicating how much time is left in the boost. The colored aura is helpful but it would be really useful to know how much time was left, too.
  • Is there a more up-to-date thread on this or is the official Kabam position that her dash is the same length as everyone else's? Because I look on reddit and see post after post after post from players that use her confirming that her dash back is very short. So I don't think we're just imagining things. If it's supposed…
  • I'm playing on a Samsung Galaxy S7.
  • don't have any evidence of this other than 2 years of anecdotal evidence but I REALLY feel like the OP is right. EVERY other character feels about the same including Rhino, Juggernaut, Dormammu, Venom (I don't have Sentinel) so I don't think it's an issue of size. But when I play Morningstar she feels so incredibly clunky…
  • The new Domino is cool and she has a lot of similarities with my design, but I still like my design more. It was more interesting and original IMO. But I'm struck by how many similarities there are.
  • wow. Condescend much? Yes I have him. On 3 separate accounts. I got him on 1 account from the first time he was in featured arena, so I'm one of the first players in the game to have him. I run or help run 3 different alliances where many of the members have him, including almost everyone in the top alliance I run. I…
  • I'm guessing around 1%. StarLord is at 1%. He makes lists of top champs these days more than Scarlet Witch does.
