• the only champs on this list i believe actually need to be buffed are iron patroit and spider gwen Spider gwen needs to change to her sp1 then i think she'd be good they upped her damage in 12.0 Iron patroit needs to have his sig changed and he needs to have higher base damage

• take them to rank 3/30 and keep them there although if you do end up taking on of them up id go spider gwen only because of her stun and armor breaks but keep them at 3/30

• From what i hear angela has more damage if played correctly but i dont have her at all ive seen her damage numbers and they can be quite insane so i'd say her but i'd take both up eventually
