**WINTER OF WOE - BONUS OBJECTIVE POINT**
As previously announced, the team will be distributing an additional point toward milestones to anyone who completed the Absorbing Man fight in the first step of the Winter of Woe.
This point will be distributed at a later time as it requires the team to pull and analyze data.
The timeline has not been set, but work has started.

Haha. I saw that. That’s how I found out about the weekly reset the past weekend. All I’m saying is that we shouldn’t have to come to the forum to find this information (first week of the event). But if it was described in in-game message, then it was my responsibility to read and understand.
-
I didn’t have issues with design of the side quest per se. I was familiar with that. My biggest issue was weekly reset of the trader’s outpost. I don’t think that was communicated effectively to the community. Or I may be the only one who didn’t know about the reset.

I read the original post again. There is no mention of Mysterium expiring after this month’s side quest. Does that mean I can carry over the remaining Mysterium to following months? I’d rather not by the bundles I don’t need.
-
And this was another problem I encountered yesterday when I used all my saved flowers. I didn’t know about the maximum cap, so I unknowingly went over the cap. At least Kabam was very quick in restoring my “lost” Mysterium. But I’m not sure I can spend all in the last two weeks. I inevitably have to buy the bundles I don’t…
-
I totally agree. I learned this the hard way last night. I was busy with work this month, so I put off the side quests and used all flowers yesterday. I wasn’t aware that the store resets weekly. I missed out on buying the bundles that are the most useful (to me) for the first two weeks. Now I don’t even know if I can…

I like her a lot because there are not many champs that can counter degeneration. My only hesitation to rank her up is that she lacks utility like nullify and stagger or power controls that many Mystic champs have. But my other 7* Mystics are Ebony Maw, Mangog, Sorcerer Supreme and Mojo. I might just rank up Guillotine…

I had the same choice and went with Falcon.

I did initial clear with Void and then managed to do Gamma objective with Hulk over the weekend. So I have 3 points after the free point. I tried Robot with Guillotine 2099 last night. I knew I couldn’t solo, so I was chipping away his health by reviving (as planned) and got him down to just below 50%. After that, I…
-
I know. I am afraid I lost some because of this.
-
I know I cannot solo. If I can chip away like 7-10% at a time with some chap, I will do it. Otherwise, this objective is not for me.
-
Good luck. Let us know how that goes. If I pull 5* before the event ends, I’ll be doing the same. Otherwise, I’ll give it a try with Shocker.
-
Thank you for the advice. How bad is the fight with Mysterio and Shocker??? I can also see if I get 5* or 6* Sandman before week 1 ends.
-
I am in the same boat. I picked Hulk from 7* Selector from Necropolis. I have Guillotine 2099. But my highest Sandman is only 4*…
-
What other options do we have for Sinister Six? I am a Valiant player, but my highest star Sandman is 4*.
-
What is a Valiant player to do if their highest Sandman is 4*? I don’t care about solo or mind using revives. I don’t know other viable options.
-
It turns out that I don’t even have 5* Sandman… I will need another counter (unless I can do it with 4*. Haha). I’m Valiant with decent roster, but I just don’t have him above 4*. I suppose I could open many 5* crystals and hope for the best.
-
If Sandman is the only option and he has to be 6* or 7*, then I have no hope. My highest is 5* with a option of ascension.
-
This makes me feel better as I am planning to take her to rank 3 as well. I would not say she is the most underrated, though.
-
Obviously, we have a different set of champions, but we are in the same boat about the selector. I have one more path, and I need to decide on a champion from the original basic 7* pool. I am considering Hulk, Venom, Shuri or Domino.
-
I am not opposed to nerfing revive farming. My only issue is that there are no other ways to use excess energy refills. I want to be able to use them to earn revives or something useful. There is nothing to use them on after monthly quests and side quests.
-
That happened to me as well. I thought that should not have happened based on the description. I used some revives because of that. But my biggest mistake was not remembering that I needed removal charges before I can parry/heavy to reflect his radiation (?). It has been a while since I fought him. I wasted many revives…

Good point. I didn’t think about that! If I had this information, I might have waited. But there is no guarantee that I will complete exploration in 30 days. So it may not matter for me. Also having a new champ early is not a bad idea as that could impact rank up decision, plan for Necropolis (7* Shuri, for example), etc.…

I just did my second path a few days ago. I watched the KT1’s video and put on full Aegon suicide mastery after ramp up. I already had Glass Canon unlocked and had some mastery cores from past events, so I only had to buy 2 or 3 Carbonium cores. That made my decision to go suicide easy. I ended up using more revives with…

Another question… do we need to reach last milestone to qualify for rank rewards (solo and alliance)?
-
Thank you for confirming. That seems a pretty good investment for what I get in return.
-
Good point. I forgot about that. If I did my calculations correctly, we need to buy 3 GBCs to get the Guillotine piece. At that point, maybe I should just go for full alliance milestones. I think 7 GBCs need to be purchased for that. Is that correct?
-
Yeah, I noticed her the other day. I was like “was she always there?”
-
Maybe I should have waited for your guide on the Sauron/Surfer path. I did it yesterday as my second path, and I think it was more costly than my first (the Titania path). I did not touch units except for mastery changes, so it was O.K. But I am pretty sure that I used more revives and potions. I had expiring resources, so…

There is some information on Namor in this thread. What is the strategy for Attuna, Stryfe and Diablo - WITH OR WITHOUT Aegon? Any advices would be greatly appreciated.
-
Then he can do it all if revives are no issue? I don’t want to sink that many revives in one defender, though.
