It's on purpose that there's no confirmation, they hope you accidentally buy and don't bother to submit a ticket. But if you don't touch anything and immediately submit at ticket to kabam's support they will give you a refund

Get valiant asap, cause the rewards you can get between now and until you get a better tech wayyyy overshadow the "bad" rank up(even though both are solid af, just maybe not r3 worthy in normal circumstances). But to get to valiant it's 100% justified
