• Do the havok path in threat level 4 to get the vault and it should work on any threat after u open it and use the correct code. This worked for me I was in the same boat for a week.

• Same thing happened to me a couple wars ago and lost starky due to the bleed. Kabam will probably fix it in a couple years tho...
