Doesn't the account that violated it also get hit with a one week suspension? That's what happened to people in old alliance (3 people in family all played on tablet, all 3 suspended for a week and alliance hit with penalty). If that's the case, it shouldn't be too hard to see who suddenly went on vacation.

I don't see how you could steal a debuff on yourself, but if you did use Loki on a boss fight, you're better off keeping them cursed with s3 and heavy attacks. Then the buffs just come right to you and you can still use your s2 for big dmg once your HP is higher than his.

She's still very good unduped, but the comments about her sig being useless offensively aren't really accurate either. People underestimate Limbo's ability to heal you up with the right mastery set up. You definitely need her duped to take full advantage of that. I think the difference is tech guys always need the tech, whereas science guys might use tech to get powers but then they just have them (assuming that power isn't just a tech implant). Except this doesn't state which chest gives which item, so there's potential for 2 chests to give same thing. If that's the case, then people were correct to state same chests give different rewards or different chests give same reward.
