I am having the same problem on OP7pro. I thought something were messed up. Tried everything from reinstall to factory reset. The stuttering issues continued along with some textures not showing. I hope this gets resolved in the upcoming patch. In the meantime I managed to get an older apk and go back to 27.2.0.
