Meanwhile I still can't even log in, it wouldn't even let me download the update.

Hey everyone this is my first time posting. I just updated my game in preparation for the new event an this happened to me. Why has this happened, and has anyone else experience this. Please help, I've tried deleting and redownloaded the game but it still happens. Thanks in advance.
