Looks like they’ve put up a new post and acknowledge the issue. Supposedly they’re going to be replacing the crystals with some kind of compensation if not new crystals.

My Alliance was only able to participate in 1 alliance quest and our rewards were greatly diminished because of that. Can you tell me what will be done to compensate Alliances that we’re effected by this issue.
