• The attack and the shock are mutually exclusive??? Electro and Storm do nothing but shock, I mean....right?? How could that not register?? Electro’s first special is straight up electric shock. And his 2nd. No physical touch. How is that not KO BY SHOCK??

• Only a negligible fraction of shock KOs come through damage over time though. That would be like rewarding 4000 points for successfully clapping with one hand....I appreciate the response but I hope that’s not the case.
