You DO realize that Defender Rating will play a major factor, now more than ever, right? So, if defender kills isn't a thing, there's no move left for smaller alliances to battle an alliance that's 2 or 3mi higher than them? just battle and be defeated on defender rating anyways? What a terrible "solution" you are…
