Iceman's initial coldsnap (awakened ability) is not affected, but once an additional coldsnap is applied, that expiration timer is applied to any subsequent coldsnap debuffs. This leads to coldsnap applied after that being removed many several seconds ahead of time. @"Kabam Zibiit"
