Viewing the issue based on the total time of outage alone and what has been done similarly based on that alone is not considering many other variables. If the game goes down for over an hour before a mode ends occurs without notice that should warrant Kabam to intervene in some way. It’s two completely different situations…

That’s not the issue. We had been enlisted prior to matchmaking. It then started and we were not included.

We had similar issue happen to us as well, but so far no match has been made. I hope it comes soon and we don’t lose out on a war for the season.
