There are hundreds of posts and explanations about what's going on. So, pretending to "not having" enough information is just lame any nothing but a technique to avoid the real issue, which kabam doesn't know how to fix. I can add my examples like all others, but what's the use??

Though I can use my Nexus 6p again, but the app has become so horrible. Too much lag and it's a battery guzzler now. My phone literally shuts down after 30 mins of usage of the game from a full charge !!

Nexus 6p for me. And most of posts I have seen around the web are for Nexus. Pixel seems to be working for some people. But, except for Android 8 beta may be, I haven't seen any post where it wasn't working in the beginning and got fixed automatically. So, I don't know why Mike is saying that.

As I see it, kabam couldn't manage a solution. In any case, it's better to be honest about the status than keep people hanging with misleading "not too long" statement.

That's a very good point. Why kabam haven't sent an email or made an announcement about the issue yet? Many players could have been benefited from it already and in the future!!

It's been 2 weeks already. Question is - how long is "not too long" for Kabam?

Looked into downgrading to a older version but it may not be as simple as that since google has introduce a lock on downgrading as a security measure.

I can login with my old devise, but can't do major events since it's sloppy. Besides that there are lots of people how doesn't have a second device and missing daily rewards/crystals from cards they bought and items are expiring.

Same issue here with Nexus 6p. Contacted kabam to have an ETA, but just a generic answer.
