Yea. Its just called "Line" and its an app where you can chat with people worldwide. Why do we use line and how did it even become a major platform to communicate? We have absolutely no idea ;-; (well, I don't i'm sure others do) Line is available for Apple and Android.

Tbh the Rain and fog actually made the game more... appealing to fight with. Unless your farsighted, there really shouldn't be an issue.
