IIRC it's actually maxed at level 2 or 3 now.... even tho you can add more points to it.. there is no increased benefit.

Divide the top milestone by 30. Then compare that with the individual score it takes to get the last milestone in alliance gifting event. The alliance can achieve the goal and literally no one could get the reward.
