Does any one cannot restart the Alliance Quest after complete the previous map yestersday?

I cannot login through all my iOS device but only android since 3 hrs before. Device: iphone 6s plus & ipadmini 4 System : both iOS 11.3 Error: cannot login and report netwrok connection problem Reinstall both but still same situation I can login to my account by android system device
