Heh, but seriously it kind of makes sense. The chats are using a ton of resources both in the game and your device. Just turn them off and it fixes a lot of the lag. I haven't noticed any continuing issues yet. I'm in no way supporting the idea that the chat is the only thing wrong, but if it doesn't help anything at all…

I should note that the chats randomly got turned back on for me somehow. So if you notice the chats come back up, go turn them off again.
