They weren’t lowered. Overall if you fully explore UC it is more rewards. They just took the Completion reward away, and placed those (plus more) on the actual maps themselves

This was about 5 minutes before the message that said “War Match Found” in game. Which means Matching started at least 5 hrs early

Same issue here. All 3 BGs are running exactly the same setup. Map 5, Special Delivery modifier and BG3 is receiving significantly less Honor and Bonus.
