Device: iPhone 11pro Champion fighting: It has happened to me on every fight - specifically just tried the new SOP darkhawk fight and it happened there as well It seems to be happening more often on dash attacks rather than fighting a specific champion.

My guillotine 2099’s healing also did not trigger in AW and a death was cause because of it. I used no pre-fight abilities and there was no type of ability accuracy issue or heal blocking. Assuming since it’s tied in with her pre-fight abilities that it has to do with this same issue. Now I get to use pots and revives. 😡
